Paul works primarily from the firm’s Nashville-area office and focuses on the firm's commercial real estate clients. He handles all aspects of transactions including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and loan documents on behalf of clients throughout the country. He works closely with clients, their brokers and lenders to bring deals to a close. Paul routinely handles leasing, all aspects of property management, REIT and third-party vendor issues for the firm's clients. His litigation practice in State and Federal courts in multiple jurisdictions includes representing REITs, property owners and management companies.
