David has practiced commercial law for 30 years and charitable gaming law for over 5 years. His experience in transactional work and litigation allow him to advise and counsel clients with a full perspective of risks and rewards. His knowledge of charitable gaming law and regulations encompasses the United States and uniquely positions David to be able to provide guidance and feedback on how charitable laws and regulations can be modified and amended.

Paul works primarily from the firm’s Nashville-area office and focuses on the firm's commercial real estate clients. He handles all aspects of transactions including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and loan documents on behalf of clients throughout the country. He works closely with clients, their brokers and lenders to bring deals to a close. Paul routinely handles leasing, all aspects of property management, REIT and third-party vendor issues for the firm's clients. His litigation practice in State and Federal courts in multiple jurisdictions includes representing REITs, property owners and management companies.

Steven’s practice primarily focuses on commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing and business compliance and transactions throughout the United States. He also has substantial experience working with franchisees and lending institutions.
